Studio Philosophy: Sculptural Objects for Considered Interiors

Every object starts with intention. We craft contemporary homewares that explore proportion, light, and geometry to bring quiet calm to everyday spaces.

Architectural Form

Clean contours, calculated ribbing, and balanced silhouettes designed to catch natural daylight and create subtle textural shadows across modern surfaces.

Additive Studio Craft

Designed digitally and brought to life through precise additive layering. This allows us to produce complex geometric volumes that traditional casting cannot achieve.

Low-Waste Production

We craft on demand in small batches right here in Canada. Producing each piece with intention eliminates warehousing surplus and keeps material footprint to a minimum.

Objects Built on Intention, Not Impulse.

LOKO  was founded on the belief that everyday functional objects should be as carefully considered as the architecture surrounding them. Instead of fast turnover and mass-market waste, we explore dozens of iterations before a piece is produced—refining wall thickness, tactile balance, and structural integrity until the design earns its place in your home.

My little ones are so picky, but they love the fun designs and bright colors. And as a mom, I love that the clothes are both stylish and sturdy!”

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials do you use?

Material: Plant-Based PLA

We use PLA, a plant-based material commonly derived from renewable sources such as corn and sugarcane. It supports precise digital fabrication and low-waste additive manufacturing, making it well suited to our studio process. This material delivers a refined, durable matte finish with rich tactile detail while significantly reducing environmental impact compared to petroleum-derived plastics.

Our planters are designed with plant wellness in mind, featuring integrated drainage reservoirs suitable for direct planting or dropping in standard nursery pots. Our decorative sculptural vases are engineered for dried florals, preserved branches, and structural display. For fresh cut flowers requiring standing water, we recommend using a simple glass insert.

Every piece is digitally engineered in our Canadian studio and produced through precise additive manufacturing. Crafting each object in deliberate, small-batch runs ensures exacting surface quality, eliminates surplus factory stock, and produces virtually zero raw material waste.
